Researchers, academics, professionals, postgraduate students and emerging scientists are invited to submit original work that advances understanding across the breadth of physiology and related health sciences.
Provisional 2026 guidelines — subject to committee confirmation.
Submission guidelines
- Oral or poster presentation
- Title maximum 20 words
- Abstract body maximum 350 words
- Structured as Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion
- No tables, graphs or figures
- List all authors and affiliations
- Identify the presenting author
- Accepted presenters must register
- Submissions must be made through this website

Review and notification process
Submissions will be assessed by the scientific review committee for relevance, scientific quality and fit with the programme. Outcomes and any required revisions will be communicated to the corresponding author. The notification date is still to be confirmed.
